No, it is the normal case in our mid-market projects. We handle operations, updates and monitoring, document in plain language and train the people who use the system daily. You need one contact person in house, not an IT department.
How are staff trained on the new application?
With a short walkthrough on real cases rather than a manual, plus brief instructions for the two or three flows that occur daily. If training takes more than an hour the interface is usually too complicated. Then we change the interface.
Does Quavon work with clients in Erfurt without an office there?
Yes. We work from Rosenheim in Bavaria, about 360 km from Erfurt as the crow flies, and travel there for kick-offs, workshops and acceptance sessions. In between, collaboration runs on a weekly rhythm: a shared board, a test environment you can open at any time, and a working version to look at every Friday. Most of our clients see more of the work this way than they did with an agency in their own city.
