Software development in Rosenheim — custom web apps, tools and platforms

Quavon builds software made to fit, for companies in Rosenheim and Bavaria — from internal administration software to a complete SaaS product. With Next.js, PostgreSQL and TypeScript.

Solutions

The software we build

The right shape for each case — internal or external, simple or involved.

Internal administration software

Replace spreadsheets and manual steps with a system built for your process — role permissions, a database and an admin panel.

Customer portals and extranets

Secure portals for your customers or partners — login, tailored views, document exchange and self-service functions.

Booking and event systems

Online bookings, registrations, appointment management, waiting lists — integrated into your website and automated.

SaaS products and MVPs

The first version of your software product — auth, payment, subscription logic and what you need to go to market.

APIs and integrations

Connecting the systems you already run — CRM, ERP, payment providers, external services. REST, GraphQL and webhooks.

Dashboards and reporting

Analyses, KPI dashboards, export functions — your data prepared and usable for decisions.

A worked example

HC Inntal — full-stack club software

The challenge

HC Inntal needed more than a club website — a complete administration system for players, coaches and the committee, with self-service functions and secure access.

The solution

We built a full-stack web application with an admin panel, player self-service, JWT authentication, a PostgreSQL database and Docker deployment — made to fit throughout.

Technology and architecture

Software architecture that holds at scale

We build software that grows. A scalable database design, clean API layers, automated tests and monitoring — so it is still maintainable in five years.

  • Next.js and React — fast, server-rendered applications
  • TypeScript — full type safety across the stack
  • PostgreSQL and Prisma — relational data, cleanly modelled
  • JWT and OAuth — secure authentication and authorisation
  • Docker and CI/CD — reproducible deployment
  • Playwright and Vitest — automated tests
  • OWASP-aligned security implementation

How we develop

01

Requirements

We understand your workflow before writing a line of code.

02

Database design

A clean schema as the foundation — scalable and normalised.

03

API-first development

Backend API first, then the UI — for extensibility and clear boundaries.

04

Testing and review

Automated tests and code review, for quality that lasts.

FAQ

Common questions about software development

What does custom software development cost?
Cost follows scope, which is why we do not quote a flat rate. An internal tool for one clearly bounded workflow — no public registration, no billing — is far leaner than a platform with authentication, a database and an admin panel. Customer-facing web apps and SaaS MVPs sit above that again; there is detail on the web app development and SaaS development pages. In the free first call we work through your workflow, user groups and interfaces, and you get a realistic read on scope and schedule.
How long does a software project take?
A clearly bounded internal tool is usually ready after 3 to 6 weeks. Platforms with several roles, data migration and interfaces need 8 to 20 weeks. We work in two-week cycles so you see something that runs early rather than a status report.
When is custom software worth it over off-the-shelf?
As soon as a standard product does not fit your workflow, gets expensive to maintain, or lacks a critical interface. Custom software often pays for itself within one to two years and leaves you in full control.
Do you also build internal tools?
Yes — internal administration software, dashboards, automations and reporting tools are a focus. For HC Inntal, for instance, we built a complete administration system with roles, an admin panel and a database behind it.
Can existing systems be connected?
Yes. We build REST and GraphQL APIs and interfaces to existing CRM, ERP or booking systems. Database migrations and system integrations are equally possible.
How is data protection (GDPR) handled?
GDPR compliance is part of the design rather than an afterthought. We implement secure auth (JWT, OAuth), minimal data retention, encrypted connections and correct cookie handling.
How do maintenance and support work after launch?
We offer ongoing maintenance agreements — updates, monitoring, bug fixes and further development. You reach us directly; there is no ticket queue in between.
