Yes: shooting schedule, resources, approvals, footage status and rights belong in one system. What decides it is a view that works on a phone on set, because that is where it gets used rather than at a desk.
Does Quavon work with clients in Potsdam without an office there?
Yes. We work from Rosenheim in Bavaria, about 510 km from Potsdam as the crow flies, and travel there for kick-offs, workshops and acceptance sessions. In between, collaboration runs on a weekly rhythm: a shared board, a test environment you can open at any time, and a working version to look at every Friday. Most of our clients see more of the work this way than they did with an agency in their own city.
